✅ Eligible for Refund:

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only if the plugin fails to stop carding attacks on WooCommerce or Magento 2 stores or your custom ecommerce stores. You must provide evidence of ongoing attack activity and allow our support team the opportunity to troubleshoot or assist before a refund is issued.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

Refunds are not available for:

• Security consulting services
• Custom development or plugin customization
• Improper installation or use outside of supported platforms
