These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, plugin, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) offered by CheckoutProtection.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing, accessing, or using the plugin or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Checkout Protection Plugin only for its intended purpose: protecting your WooCommerce or Magento 2 store from carding attacks and fraudulent checkout activity. You must not misuse our plugin or services, including reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing without written permission.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your store(s), in accordance with the terms of your subscription. Your license is valid for the duration of your paid subscription and subject to renewal terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

By purchasing the plugin, you agree to pay the subscription fees as listed on our website. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the plugin fails to stop carding attacks on your store. Refunds are not available for:

  • Security consulting services
  • Custom development or plugin customization
  • You must provide evidence of the plugin’s ineffectiveness and give our support team the opportunity to resolve the issue.

5. Support

We provide support for installation, configuration, and bug fixes of the plugin. Custom implementation and security audits are offered as paid services and are not included in the plugin license.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the plugin, or use it for malicious purposes. Upon termination, your license will be revoked, and you must discontinue use immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide a reliable security solution but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of all fraudulent activity. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugin or services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
